Rock Paper Scissors

Two players are competing in a game of rock, scissors, and paper. Your task is to determine and announce the winner for each round based on the standard rules of the game. If both players choose the same option, it’s a draw. Prompt and accurate announcements are crucial: you must declare the result within a limited timeframe. Failing to do so or providing incorrect results results in losing one life. You start with five lives, and each mistake costs you one life. Once all lives are lost, the game ends.
